So simple, it finally works for Mom and Dad
No passwords. No apps to learn. No menus to get lost in. Their screen is one warm conversation — they type or just talk, and everything they need appears right there. If they can ask a question, they can use Heirloom Home.
Decades of memories, answered in seconds
Upload the old computer's folders — photos, letters, recipes, the stories Dad typed in 2004 — and it all becomes one simple answer away. “Show me pictures from the cottage.” “Find the letter Grandma wrote in 1985.” It's all still there. Now it answers back.
Transform their idle screen with cherished moments
Grandkids drop photos into the frame from anywhere and they appear in Grandma's slideshow. Set reminders for appointments and birthdays. Tagged helpers can even see the conversation remotely and lend a hand — from three time zones away.
Effortless to set up. Cherished for years.
Gather the memories
Drag in whole folders from the old computer — and connect their Google account for contacts and Drive. Everything is organized, cleaned of junk, and made searchable automatically.
Hand them the simplest screen
Authorize their computer, tablet, or phone with a secure code — once. From then on it just opens, greets them by name, and waits kindly. No logins, ever.
They just ask
“Show me our Arizona photos.” “Read me Grandma's poem about mountains.” “What's Anne's phone number?” Spoken or typed — answered conveniently, with the photos and pages right there.
They can use it.
No mouse skills, no menus, no windows to manage. The screen opens ready and waits. They speak — or type slowly with two fingers — and their life appears.
No mouse required
Start typing and the words land in the right place automatically. Or hold the space bar — the biggest key there is — and just talk.
It knows the family by face
Private face recognition groups the people in every photo; the family names them once. From then on, asking for someone by name — even a nickname — brings back exactly them.
Every reply reads itself
A natural and customizable voice reads the answer aloud. One key quiets it again.
Nothing to unlock, ever
No passwords, no logins, no pop-ups to dismiss. It greets them by name and waits for the next question.

Everything a family memory deserves
Ask anything
Their files, photos, and stories — found by a simple question, shown right in the chat.
Voice first
A big microphone button to talk, and “Read to me” on every reply. Typing optional.
Photo frame
A full-screen slideshow of family-chosen photos and home videos — like a digital frame, but alive.
Simple writing
They can keep writing their stories in a big-text editor that saves by itself. Pictures included.
Helpful reminders
Appointments, birthdays, medications — set by family, appearing softly on their screen.
Easy for the family
Drag in whole folders, import from Google, invite relatives with roles — all from a clean family portal.
A clean, working archive
Junk filters itself out before upload, and old formats — AVIs, HEICs, ancient TIFFs — are converted so everything opens and plays.
Quick links
One tap opens their favourite websites — weather, news, the crossword — in a simple window with a single X to close.
Knows the family by face
Private face recognition groups the people across every photo. Name them once — nicknames too — and “photos of Grandma” finds exactly her.
Google, connected
Bring in Google Drive, Google Photos, and contacts with a couple of clicks — originals preserved, sorted by year, junk left behind.
Photos that know where they were
Location baked into photos becomes real place names, so “pictures from Arizona” just works.
Smart search, locked down
Every question is answered from the family's own encrypted archive on private infrastructure — memories are never mined, sold, or exposed to produce an answer.
Their memories stay in the family.
A lifetime of letters and photographs is not training data. Heirloom Home runs its AI on private infrastructure — not a big-tech API — so your family's life is never mined, profiled, or used to teach someone else's model. Encrypted in storage, shared only with the devices you authorize, deletable any time.
One simple price. Every feature.

Questions families ask
Do my parents need to remember a password?
No — never. You authorize their devices once from the family portal, and from then on their screen simply opens to the assistant. If a device is lost, you revoke it with one click.
What kinds of files can we upload?
Whole folders at a time: photos (even old formats like HEIC and TIFF), Word documents, PDFs, Apple iWork files, old home videos (AVIs and WMVs get converted so they actually play), letters, recipes — the works. Junk files like caches get filtered out automatically before upload.
Is our family's data private?
Yes — that's the whole point. Files are stored encrypted, the AI runs on private infrastructure rather than a big-tech API, and your family's memories are never used to train anyone's models. You can delete anything, or everything, at any time.
What devices do the grandparents need?
Whatever they already have — a computer browser, an iPad, or a phone. No new hardware, no installs on their end. It also makes a lovely always-on photo frame on a spare tablet.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial is 30 days with every feature included and no credit card required. After that it's $29/month. If you're not ready, the assistant pauses and everything stays safely stored for another month — subscribe in that window and it picks right back up. Trials left unclaimed after that are permanently deleted; your family's memories shouldn't sit on servers you're not using. Cancel anytime.
Can more than one family member help manage it?
Yes — invite relatives with a code and choose their role: full admin, helper (who can also watch the live conversation to assist remotely), or photos-only for the grandkids who just want to send pictures to the frame.
How does face recognition work — is it private too?
Yes — it runs on the same private infrastructure as everything else. Faces are detected and grouped inside your family's own archive, never sent to a big-tech service and never used to train anything. Only your family sees the groups, does the naming, and can remove or hide anyone.
The memories are all there. Now they can ask for them.
Their photos, letters, and files — finally at their fingertips. Start now!
